WMECo Partners with Allconnect
New program can save customers time and money
(Springfield, Mass. - July 30, 2013) Always looking for ways to improve customer service, WMECo is partnering with the Atlanta-based company Allconnect, launching the Allconnect Move Advisor Service program. The goal is to give customers a simple, convenient place to go when they’re signing up for multiple services at a new address. At the same time, Allconnect provides the opportunity to find the best deals by comparing services and prices.

“Prior to our recent merger, NSTAR customers were already experiencing the benefits of Allconnect. Due to the success of that program, we’re excited to introduce it to our customers in Western Massachusetts,” said Penni Conner, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Northeast Utilities, WMECo’s parent company. “Allconnect’s approach improves customer satisfaction, which is a core component of our commitment to customers.”

The program lets customers seeking to transfer or establish service to speak with an Allconnect Home Service Advisor to review several home services options specifically available at their new address – including satellite or cable TV, internet, phone and home security system providers. The advisor also schedules cancellation and installation, providing end-to-end service.

Allconnect reaches more than 50 million households throughout the U.S. and is the national leader in connecting utility customers with essential home services. Because Allconnect negotiates with major service providers across the country for the latest promotions and plans available, WMECo customers will receive the best price guarantee.

If WMECo customers are transferring or establishing new service and want to learn more about the Allconnect option, they can call 1-877-OKWMECO or 1-877-659-6326 to speak to a member of WMECo’s Customer Care team.
